JIM COURIER | Founding Partner

Jim joined InsideOut Sports & Entertainment, LLC, as a founding Partner after establishing himself as one of the all-time greats in his field. Jim's professional tennis accomplishments over his 13-year Tour career led to a resurgence of American tennis that will surely be remembered as some of the best years in the country's history of the sport. From 1988 to 2000, Jim won two Davis Cup titles, four Grand Slam singles crowns, 23 singles titles world-wide and was the first American male to be ranked as world No.1 since John McEnroe. Jim finished 2004 as the No.1 ranked player in the Stanford Financial rankings for the Champions Tour, competing in 6 events, reaching 5 finals and winning 3 times including the year-end Masters Championships in London. Jim was inducted into the International Tennis Hall of Fame in July of 2005. Jim continues to occasionally broadcast tennis events as an analyst and has worked for NBC, USA Network and Channel 7 Australia telecasts at major events in the last year. Jim founded the Raymond James Courier's Kids inner-city youth tennis program, which supports First Serve tennis programs. He is a board member of Raymond James Courier's Kids, First Serve, The Gullikson Foundation and an advisory board member of Falconhead Capital.




JON VENISON | Founding Partner

Jon joined InsideOut Sports & Entertainment, LLC as a founding Partner. Jon brings significant operations, finance and strategy experience to the InsideOut team. Jon most recently held the position of Vice President at LiveWire Capital, a New York based Media and Communications focused investment firm. Prior to that he worked as Vice President of Business Development at SFX Entertainment, Inc. which produced over 26,000 events for more than 52 million people annually. From 1998 to 2000, Jon performed valuation, due diligence and negotiation on over 60 successfully completed acquisitions with an aggregate value of over $2.5 billion. In mid 2000 SFX was sold to Clear Channel Communications in a $4.4 billion transaction. Jon joined Clear Channel's team as Vice President of Corporate Development & Strategic Planning. Prior to his position at SFX, Jon was an Analyst in Corporate Finance at Bear, Stearns & Co., Inc. from 1996 to 1998. From 1993 to 1996 Jon was a world-ranked professional tennis player on the ATP and ITF tours. Jon is a Board Member of Raymond James Courier's Kids, a Junior Board Member of the Doe Fund, Inc. and holds a B.A. from Columbia University.
