Stars with Hearts: Sampras, Courier, Evert and more join Forces in Tampa to Help “At-Risk” Kids.
Tennis superstars Pete Sampras, Jim Courier, Chris Evert and more will dazzle the crowd for a night of legendary tennis at the St. Pete Times Forum on April 28th for the fourth annual Mercedes-Benz Classic. The tennis stars are donating their time to help raise money for Raymond James Courier’s Kids (RJCK), a foundation committed to helping kids develop life skills through tennis.
The Mercedes-Benz Classic IV will give Tampa tennis fans a night of unforgettable entertainment. The evening will begin with a pro-celebrity tennis match followed by a professional mixed doubles match and then will move onto the featured match of the evening between 14 time Grand Slam winner Pete Sampras and 4 time Grand Slam winner Jim Courier. These legends of the Outback Champions Series will battle it out for the win at the St. Pete Times Forum.
Raymond James Courier’s Kids is a fund dedicated to providing opportunities and positive life alternatives to “at risk” children. The Tennis Foundation of St. Petersburg is one of the outstanding programs that the foundation supports.
